Are your bags really handmade?
Yes. Every bag is handcrafted by artisans in Zamboanga, Philippines, using traditional techniques and natural materials like bamboo and pandan.

Who makes the bags?
We partner directly with a small group of artisans in Zamboanga. Our dad works closely with them—selecting designs, collaborating on new pieces, and making sure each bag reflects the quality and craftsmanship we’re proud to share.

Where do you ship from?
Even though our bags are made in the Philippines, we ship from our U.S. base in Maryland. That means faster shipping, no surprise customs fees, and less time waiting for your bag to arrive.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within a few business days and arrive in about 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Are these authentic artisan pieces or mass-produced knockoffs?
Our bags are small-batch, artisan-made pieces. We don’t work with factories or mass production. Each design is sourced, developed, and curated by our family, so you can feel confident you’re supporting real artisans.

Will sold-out designs be restocked?
Sometimes! Because our bags are handcrafted in small batches, some styles return and others are one-time runs. The best way to hear about restocks and new drops is to join our email list at the bottom of this page.

Do you take custom or bulk orders?
